Kelly Westgerdes, right, Mercer County EMA official Mike Robbins, left, and local American Red Cross Director Deb Hemmelgarn tour the interior of Ohio's mobile Disaster Operation Kitchen Response vehicle parked at the Galleria in Celina on Monday. The vehicle is able to serve 400-500 people per meal in the event of a disaster and will respond wherever needed across the state. It contains a grill, a four-burner stove, sink system, a two-door freezer, two-door refrigerator, countertops, two warming pots, outside serving window and two outside coffee/liquid cambro dispensers.
