* WHEN...Until 445 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Norbert Hoehne
Norbert Joseph Frank Hoehne, 82, Loy Road, Fort Loramie, died at 6:40 a.m. Dec. 7, 2009, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
He was born April 22, 1927, in Yorkshire to Joseph and Anna Klingshirn Hoehne. On Nov. 17, 1959, he married Rita Clara Broering, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Charles (Candy) Hoehne, Jackson Center, Gregg Hoehne, Fort Loramie, Patrick (Diane) Hoehne, New Bremen; two sisters, Alice Weitzel, Yorkshire, and Alma Timmerman, Coldwater; brother-in law, Leander Broering, San Rafael, Calif., sisters-in-law Dorothy Boeckman, Fort Loramie, and Mickey Mescher, Tipp City; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant daughter, Mary Ann Hoehne; a sister, Marie Dirksen; and three brothers-in-law, Henry Dirksen, Julius Weitzel and Louis Timmerman.
He retired in 1992 from Copeland Corp., Sidney where he had been employed for 34 years. He also was a farmer and was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
