* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Arrianna Shinn, 4, plays under a table of toys while her mother, Nancy Shinn, a volunteer for the Angel Tree Program helps set up Thursday at the Celina First Church of God on Fairground Road. The annual event is sponsored by OUR Home Family Resource Center in collaboration with Mercer County Job and Family Services, Sources Community Network Services, Mercer County Council on Aging, Workforce Investment Act, Family Care Options as well as area churches, schools and businesses. Registered parents can shop today until 7:30 p.m.
