* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Fred Stuehr
Fred Bernard Stuehr, 87, 1140 Kensington Court, Celina, died at 9:20 a.m. Dec.19, 2009, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Dec. 4, 1922, in St. Marys, to Bernard Henry and Irene Louise Heil Stuehr. On Dec. 14, 1969, he married Thelma C. Hassan who, died in 1993.
Surviving are two stepdaughters, Jean (Robert) Schritz, Celina, and Jackie Welter, San Diego, Calif.
Deceased are a step son-in-law, Jerard Welter.
He retired from the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, after more then 40 years. He graduated from Memorial High School in 1941 and served in the U.S. Army during WWII in Northern France. He attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina. He was a life member of the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars and a member of the American Legion Post, Celina.
He will be cremated and the family will hold a private committal service at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, at a later date. The Rev. Kim Miller will officiate.
