* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Martha Yenser
Martha Helen Yenser, 66, 805 N. Walnut St, Celina, died at 4:25 p.m. Dec. 23, 2009, at her residence following a long battle with cancer.
She was born Dec. 1, 1943, in Hindman, Ky., to Isaac H. and Minta Calhoun Smith. On April 24, 1965, she married Robert C. Yenser, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are two sons, Chris (Kelly) Yenser, Union, Ky., and Scott A. Yenser, Celina; four sisters, Jennie Lee Sturgill, Lima, Elle (Bill) McDonald and Jane (Bob) Ayers, all of Celina, and Betty (Carl) Schimpf, Lima; a brother, Jim (Bev) Blount, Rockford; and seven grandchildren.
A graduate of Hindman High School, she was formerly employed at Freemont in Rockford and retired from Celina Insurance Group.
She will be cremated and buried in Swamp College Cemetery. The family will hold a celebration of her life at a later date.
