Cincinnati Archbishop Dennis Schurr uses oil to anoint a new altar in the Chapel of the Assumption at St. Charles Center in Carthagena during a special ceremony on Sunday. A Mass of Thanksgiving was celebrated with the archbishop presiding. Attending were numerous members of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood and supporters.
