* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with several roads closed near and west of Celina. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Mary Beckman Niekamp flips through a rough draft of the pictorial book she created of the oldest structures in St. Henry - her hometown. Niekamp's book, which recently was made into a softbook volume, contains 349 photos of buildings dating back to 1840.
