* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Elizabeth Humbert
Former Celina resident Elizabeth Louise "Betty" Humbert, 78, of St. Charles Senior Living Community, Carthagena, died at 3:18 p.m. March 16, 2010, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton.
She was born Dec. 13, 1931, in Celina, to Lewis H. and Esther J. Remaklus Humbert.
Surviving are a sister, Patricia M. Leugers, and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Humbert, both of Celina.
Deceased are a brother, Robert Humbert, and a brother-in-law, Linus "Lon" Leugers.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, and its Altar-Rosary Society. She retired from General Telephone Company after working at both the Celina and Marion offices for 39 years. She also worked as a cashier at Wal-Mart in Celina for 18 years. She was a 1950 graduate of Immaculate Conception High School.
Services are 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. James Seibert officating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30 -9:15 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, where a prayer vigil will be at 7 p.m. Friday.
