Eggs-tremely intense work
Photo by Mark Pummell/The Daily Standard

St. Henry resident Cece May, 10, applies wax to her Easter egg Wednesday evening at the St. Henry Public Library during a pysanka Easter egg decorating workshop put on by Arts Place of St. Marys. A pysanka is a Ukrainian or Croatian Easter egg decorated using a wax-resist method. The egg is dipped in a color then wax is applied in a design to mask areas where the next color will not cover.
