* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Scott Walters
Scott A. Walters, 49, of Oxford, died at 3 a.m. March 25, 2010, at Hospice in Hamilton.
He was born April 19,1960, in Cumberland, Md., to Lezon and Mary F. Willison Walters. His mother is deceased and his father survives in Forest Park. On April 23, 1994, he married Carolyn Rose, who survives.
Also surviving is a sister, Kay Walters, Cincinnati; and a mother-in-law, Margie Rose, Coldwater.
He graduated from Forest Park High School in 1978 and attended the University of Cincinnati. He worked at Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati where he received patents in product development.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
