* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Michael T. Mihm
Michael T. Mihm, 57, 301 West First St., Spencerville, died at 1 p.m. March 28, 2010, at his home.
He was born June 6, 1952, in Celina to Harold and Marie Spohn Mihm.
Survivors include a son, Benji Mihm, St. Marys; seven sisters, Glenda (Dud) Ginter of Lake City, Mich., Carroll (Bill) Pence, Arlinda Jones, Michele (John) Springer and Deloris (Greg) Bailey, all of St. Marys, Sondra Smith and Donna (Dennis) Anderson, both of Celina; four brothers, Ronald (Donna) Mihm, Murfeesboro, Tenn., John (Barb) Mihm, Dennis Mihm, and Jim (Earlene Schaaf) Mihm, all of St. Marys.
Deceased are a daughter, Lisa Puccio, and a brother, Bobby Mihm.
He worked as a quality inspector at the former Spencerville Metal Systems.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home & Cremation Service in St. Marys.
