* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Collectors, steel devices placed on the bottom of streams that capture sediment and nutrients, are proposed to be placed in Big Chickasaw Creek, Beaver Creek (in Montezuma) and in Barnes Creek.
