* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Downtown Celina property owner Ron Amstutz plans on pursuing major renovation to his buildings at 209, 211 and 213 Main Street. The city's Design Review Committee approved one of his requests this week, but tabled a second proposal until Amstutz consults with an architect or engineer.
