* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Duane Parker
Duane E. Parker, 50, of Waverly, died March 29, 2010, at his home.
He was born May 29, 1959, to Donald and Pasty Campbell Parker. He married Lisa Lykins Parker, who survives.
Also surviving are seven children, Justin Parker, Jason Lykins, and Jonathan Pettit, all of Springfield, Janell (Tim) Mares, of Ocean, Ind., Jessica (Ryan) Weaver of Elkhart, Ind., Julie Pettit, of Waverly, and Josie Pettit of Ocean, Ind.; two brothers, Loren Parker of Arizona, and Charles Parker of Elyria; five sisters, Sharon Atkins and Donna Jenkins of Elyria, Terri Parker of Florida, Debbie Parker of Ashland, and Bev (Jim) Sams of Lorain; three grandsons, and a great-granddaughter.
He worked as a construction carpenter and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Celina. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Burial with military graveside services is 11 a.m. Monday at Dayton National Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Botkin Funeral Home in Waverly.
