* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Fort Recovery's Greg Kahlig, 32, finished his career as the leading scorer in school history and helped the Indians advance to within one win of the state tournament. Kahlig averaged 25.2 points this season for Fort Recovery, which finished with a 21-4 record.
