A crew works on the roof of the Mackinaw Retirement Village at 500 W. Wayne St. in Celina this week. The 32-unit senior citizen housing complex at the former Mersman property is expected to be completed this summer, according to property owners RLH Partners, a real estate development and construction company based in Dublin.
