* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Margaret Gelhaus
Margaret Peggy Gelhaus, 83, 2115 Wapakoneta Ave., Sidney, died at 9 a.m. April 16, 2010, at her daughter's home in Dublin.
She was born June 11, 1926, in Fort Recovery to Felix Charles and Vivian Clinehenz Wangler. On Feb. 18, 1950, she married Norbert Gelhaus, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Maria (Michael) Hodge, Dublin, and Diana (Kim) Gasaway, Fairborn; a sister, Betty Fullenkamp, Fort Recovery; a brother, Charles Wangler, Portland, Ind.; and five grandchildren.
She was a 1944 graduate of Fort Recovery High School. She worked as a bookkeeper at Barr Company in Celina, for Sears in Sidney and in telephone sales in Piqua. She was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sidney and its Altar Rosary Sodality. She also was a Girl Scout leader.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial will be at St. Henry Cemetery in St. Henry.
Calling is 8:30-10:15 a.m. Tuesday at Salm-McGill and Tangeman Funeral Home, Sidney.
