* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Jane Fries Campbell
Jane Fries Campbell, 87, Rockford, died at 8 a.m. April 30, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born June 14, 1922, in Piqua, to Isaac Hamilton and Oda Leona Kolker Kiser. On Aug. 18, 1974, she married Donald L. Campbell, who survives.
Other survivors are four sons, Charles (Sharon) Fries Jr., Piqua, the Rev. Larry (Mary Kay) Fries, Celina, the Rev. Robert (Phyllis) Fries, Sidney, and the Rev. Gregory (Patricia) Fries, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a daughter, Sharon (Gary) Arnold, International Falls, Minn.; four step-children, Ronnie (Sharon) Campbell, Stanley, Va., and Rodney (Patty) Campbell, Danny (Angi) Campbell and Virginia (Ray) Smith, all of Sidney; 27 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother and a step-granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and had worked 16 years at the former Ontario Store in Troy and the Piqua Toy Company. She was a member of New Life Apostolic Church in Celina for 32 years and a member of its ladies auxiliary. She also was active in fundraising for the church.
Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Larry Fries officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday and noon until 1 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church building fund.
Arrangements are by W.H. Dick and Sons Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
