* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

This new 60-by-15-foot barge was delivered to Grand Lake St. Marys State Park on Friday to replace the old 1950s barge that developed a hole in it last year. The $214,272 barge will transport an excavator and 50-ton crane used for dredging, stump removal and shoreline construction.
