* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Raymond Karbowiak
Raymond J. Karbowiak, 83, 606 Camden Drive, St. Marys, died May 3, 2010, in the emergency room at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born Dec. 11, 1926, in Toledo, to John and Pearl Dobrzykowski Karbowiak. On June 10, 1947, he married Evelyn Fleck, who died June 4, 2004.
Surviving are six children, Charlotte (Lester) Helmlinger, Wapakoneta, Raymond (Deb) Karbowiak Jr., Lima, Ann (Dean) Brotherwood, St. Marys, Mark Karbowiak, Wapakoneta, Chuck Karbowiak, Cridersville, and Carol (Mark) Gilbert, Celina; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are both parents and a great-grandchild.
He was a 1944 graduate of DeVillbiss High School in Toledo, a 1950 graduate of Ohio State University and a 1953 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a pharmacist mate on a hospital ship during World War II. He was the owner of Ideal Drug Store in St. Marys, where he worked for 21 years. He also worked as a staff pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy until he retired. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, the Knights of Columbus Council 1592 and Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge 767.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial with military honors conducted by the American Legion Post 323 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9289 will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys.
