Shoppers coming to Fischer Store in Minster during the 1950s found neatly arranged canned goods, cigar boxes and bushel baskets filled with produce and fruit on the ground floor. Toys and household items could be found on the second floor accessed by the stairway at the back. The proprietors shown in the photo are Mr. and Mrs. Louis Fischer and Irene (Fischer) Hegemann.
