Maricarol Sommer
Maricarol J. Sommer, 42, Minster, died May 19, 2010, in Shelby County following an auto accident.
She was born Sept. 6, 1967, in St. Marys, to Raphael and Mary Helen Walterbusch Rose. Her father is deceased and her mother survives. On June 16, 1990 she married Jeff Sommer, who survives.
Also surviving are her children: Jessica, Austin and Morgan, all at home; siblings: Ronald Rose, New Bremen, Joy Ann McLear, Greenville, Charlene (Mark) Piening, Celina, Robert Rose, Botkins, James Rose and Michael Rose, New Bremen; mother-in-law, Joy Sommer; and sister-in-law, Jennifer (John) Sommer-Witruk.
Deceased are brothers, Nick and Donald.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, and a student at Edison State College. She was a former employee at International in Springfield.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:30 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
