Some Buckeye Street residents in Celina claimed their property was damaged by contractor Pax Excavating during the first phase of the project when the water and storm sewer lines were replaced. Ralph Beckstedt, owner of apartments at 228 Buckeye Street, said three of his sidewalks were damaged during the work.
