Celina senior Kyle Alt won a Grand Am from Kerns Auto Group on Tuesday as part of the annual What's Holding You Back safety belt program sponsored by the Celina Police Department. Alt was among many seniors eligible for the contest because he met graduation requirements and was free of a criminal or serious traffic record during the year.
