Douglas Akers, a film maker and photographer from Wyandotte, Mich., took this picture over the West Bank spillway on Memorial Day. Akers, who was staying at the West Bank Inn, said he was taking a walk along Grand Lake after the rain let up that evening when the two rainbows appeared.
