* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Minster's Sam Phlipot posted the best qualifying times in the 100 and 200 meters at the Division III state track meet in Columbus on Friday while also running a leg of the Wildcats' 1600-meter relay team that was unable to advance to the finals.
