This photo taken by lake resident Jay Heyne between Harbor Point and Highland Park shows different colored stripes of blue, green and white in Grand Lake. The Ohio EPA says this is likely a blue-green algae bloom, but a different species than normally seen in the lake. Water samples were taken to determine the species and if it produces a toxin.
