Celina native Mary Margaret Brown, 87, Greenville, died at 3:50 p.m. June 19, 2010, at Heartland of Greenville Hospital.

She was born Aug. 17, 1922, in Celina, to Phillip E. and Mary Edwina Howard Hess. She married Myron D. Brown, who is deceased.

Surviving is a daughter, Tonna Gilbert, Greenville; a son, Robert (Janis) Brown, Howell, Mich.; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Also deceased is a daughter, Edwina Sue Brown; a son-in-law, Gary Gilbert; her brothers and sisters; and a grandson.

She was a store clerk at the former G.C. Murphy Store in Greenville.

Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville, the Rev. Samuel Hoeflich officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville Township Memorial Gardens in Greenville.

Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
