Thelma Boroff
Thelma L. Boroff, 93, Celina, died at 6:13 a.m. June 22, 2010, at The Gardens at Celina.
She was born Aug. 28, 1916, in Mercer County to Charles C. and Mary Jane Granger Anderson. On Nov. 6, 1971, she married Dillon C. Boroff, who died Oct. 25, 1992.
Surviving is a stepson, Victor Boroff, New Bremen; two brothers, Ralph (Betty) Anderson and Byron (Garnett) Anderson, all of Celina; a sister, Olive "Ollie" Miller, Celina; a sister-in-law, Jeannie Anderson, Celina; and one step-grandson.
Deceased is a brother, Thomas Anderson.
She served as a secretary of the Mercer County Agricultural Society for 28 years.
Funeral services are 3 p.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the Mercer County 4-H in care of the Mercer County Civic Foundation.
