This mini aquarium cake was created by Casey Steva, 13, of St. Marys at the St. Marys library on Tuesday as part of its summer reading program, "Make Waves at the Library." The state-wide reading program focuses on water and anything related to it: rain, pirates, baths, ships, etc.
