* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Ruth Liette
Ruth A. Liette, 87, St. Marys, died at 3:25 p.m. June 22, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born April 29, 1923, in St. Marys, to Otis and Nora Koehn Fannon, Sr. On July 1, 1940, she married Wilfred C. "Bill" Liette, who died Jan. 4, 2010.
Surviving are three sons, Ronald (Julia) Liette, Hamilton, and James (Judith) Liette and William (Jean) Liette, all of Tipp City; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Judith Ann Liette; a brother, Otis Fannon, Jr.; and two infant sisters.
She retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, where she worked in the central supply and sterilization department. She also worked on the family farm. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. James Seibert officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorials can be made to the Grand Lake Hospice program.
