* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Janice Muter
Former Celina resident Janice Ann Muter, 67, New Albany, died June 29, 2010.
She was born in Middlesboro, Ky., to Henlin and Ethel Lane, who are deceased. On Dec. 29, 1960, she married William Muter, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, John Muter, Mark (Lynn) Muter and Brad Muter; five brothers, Raymond (Joni) Lane, Samuel (Patricia) Lane, David (Bonnie) Lane, Ted (Carla) Lane and Bruce Lane; two sisters, Charlotte (Alan) Baker and Patricia Davis; five grandchildren and two step-grandsons.
Deceased is a sister, Ruth Detrick.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel in Gahanna. Burial is at Maplewood Cemetery in New Albany.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. today at the chapel.
