Snowfall of at least an inch is expected across the region, with up to 2 inches possible. There is also the potential for brief intense bursts of snow, especially between 10 PM and 3 AM. Where these brief bursts of snow occur, visibility may drop suddenly, creating additional travel hazards tonight.
West winds will become northwest overnight, gusting as high as 30 to even 35 mph. This may cause blowing snow over roadways, even as the snow ends after 3 AM.

Joy Ann Campbell
Joy Ann Campbell, 77, Medway, died at 7:10 a.m. July 5, 2010, at Wright Nursing and Rehab Center, Fairborn.
She was born March 9, 1933, in Findlay, to Doyt D. Stratton and Hazel B. Stotts Clark. On Aug. 23, 1950, she married George R. Campbell, who survives.
Also surviving are six children, Joyce (Jim) Faulkner, Ellington, Fla., Larry Campbell, Dayton, Jerry (Norma) Campbell, Celina, Karen (Dean) Winks, Piqua, Terry (Donna) Campbell, Louisville, Ky., and Gary Joe Campbell, Medway; a sister, Betty (Bill) Whitsal, Fairborn, and Kurt (Carol) Clark; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was an active member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles 3491, New Carlisle.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Friday at the Blessing Funeral Home, Tipp City, the Rev. Matthew Overman officiating. Burial is at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Tipp City.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
