A drainage tile is seen just off Burkettsville-St. Henry Road in the Grand Lake Watershed. The Lake Improvement Association has created a list of recommendations to help Grand Lake, such as installing tile plugs to stop nutrients from entering streams, putting a moratorium on farm expansions and limiting when manure could be spread.
