Young decorators create unique picture frames during programs held Monday afternoon at Minster's Francis J. Stallo Library. Librarian Becky Prenger said 400 children are participating in the annual summer reading program with a record 1,000 books checked out the first day. The program, complete with weekly arts and crafts sessions, runs through July 26.
