Amphicars will be splashing into Grand Lake as scheduled at 7:45 p.m. Friday, according to Lake Festival co-chairman Michelle Emerine. The event will take place at the Hot Water Hole despite the recent Ohio EPA warning that people should avoid contact with the water because of the high level of toxins from algae blooms. The annual festival will take place this weekend, she said. Any schedule or location changes will be available online at www.celinalakefestival.com.
