Blue-green algae blooms have returned to Grand Lake, creating large, foul-smelling mats along the shoreline at Harbor Point on Tuesday afternoon. The Grand Lake Restoration Initiative, a coalition of individuals from government entities and private organizations from Mercer and Auglaize counties and Celina and St. Marys, continues to raise money for technology to help the lake.
