* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Jack is one of 219 adult neutered cats and kittens at Sue Cheslock's animal shelter south of St. Marys. Called Sue's Animal Rescue Team (SART), the no-kill shelter is located south of St. Marys on a 100-year-old farm.
