Several residents at Hoover Mobile Home Park and staff and students at Little Flower Learning Center in Celina were evacuated Thursday afternoon when a medium-pressure gas line was struck by employees of Electricom Inc. of Paoli, Ind., who were digging fiber optic lines, according to Celina Fire Chief Doug Wolters. Summit Street - from Orchard Street to Touvelle Street- was closed for several hours while Dominion Gas workers stopped the leak, which Wolters said took an hour and 25 minutes.
