* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

James Stechschulte
James A. Stechschulte, 83, Minster, died at 12:01 a.m. Aug. 15, 2010, at his home.
He was born May 25, 1927, in Kalida to William and Laura Leopold Stechschulte. On May 30, 1953, he married Evonne Wetzel, who survives.
Also surviving are nine children, Lisa Stechschulte, Columbus, Jean (Mike) Bazeley, Cincinnati, John (Nann) Stechschulte, Minster, Julie (Tim) Trushaw, Minster, Ann (Steve) Gruber, Minster, Ken (Kathleen) Stechschulte, Kettering, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte, Coldwater, Carolyn (Joseph) Trauth, Cincinnati, and Marie (Jason) Fightmaster, Cincinnati; two siblings, Mary (Orville) Ellerbrock, Lipsic, and Gene (Mary Jane) Stechschulte, Kalida; a sister-in-law, Irene Stechschulte, Kalida; 26 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five siblings, Bob Stechschulte, Sr. Laura Stechschulte, Evangeline Potts, Dr. Jake Stechschulte and William Stechschulte; and a grandchild, Kate Trushaw.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the Minster American Legion. He worked as a teacher at Minster High School for 42 years before retiring.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Barry Stechschulte and Ned Brown officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
