* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Othmar Reichert
Othmar Joseph Reichert, 93, Cassella, died Aug. 19, 2010, at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
He was born Feb. 23, 1917, in Maria Stein to Joseph T. and Elizabeth Evers Reichert. On June 26, 1948, he married Lorena Ann Wynk, who survives in Cassella.
Also surviving are six children, Mary Lou (Jack) Wenning, Coldwater, Elizabeth (Richard) Brisch, Egg Harbor, Wisc., Joe (Diane) Reichert, Fort Loramie, Margie (John) Buschur, New Weston, Ginny (Mike) Bensman, Minster, and John (Bernice) Reichert, Maria Stein; a son-in-law, Jim Wiley, Celina; 24 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Dorothy Wiley; seven siblings, Leo, Joe and Raymond Reichert, Stella Brunswick, Mary Koesters, Pauline Huwer and Lorena Riethman; and three infant sisters, Josephine, Anna and Alvina Reichert.
He was a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society in Cassella, the Catholic Knights in Cassella, the Knights of St. John and American Legion Post 571, both of Maria Stein. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a farmer.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial with military rites is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
