* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Thomas Ziegler
Thomas W. Ziegler Sr., 87, a resident of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community and formerly of Dayton and Piqua, died at 12:24 a.m. Aug. 19, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Sept. 3, 1922, in Dayton, the son of Robert and Mildred Shardelow Ziegler.
On Nov. 8, 1945, he married Karolyn Koehler, who died Feb. 7, 2008.
Surviving are two children, Thomas (Kathi) Ziegler Jr., Mechanicsburg, Pa.; and Joyce (Joel) Burke, St. Marys; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Ziegler.
He was a retired tool and die maker, a 1940 graduate of Dayton Fairview High School and a member of Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Shrine, Valley of Dayton.
Memorial graveside rites are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Shiloh Park Cemetery, Dayton.
