Traffic is rerouted in downtown Celina as work continues on Main Street. The first phase of the street reconstruction project, between Fulton and Fayette streets, is scheduled to be finished and reopened by Nov. 10. Work on the second phase, from Fayette Street to Lake Shore Drive, is set to begin March 1.
