Mommy & Me On Main in downtown Celina is getting a facelift thanks to grant money from a downtown revitalization program. Owner Carl Huber is using the grant and his own dollar-for-dollar matching money to make the exterior improvements. The city soon will apply for a second round of $400,000 in state funding. Downtown business and property owners are encouraged to attend a related meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the city water treatment plant to learn how to participate.
