* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

The Ohio Division of Liquor Control has not yet made a ruling about the renewal of Club Oasis' liquor license. The establishment, located at 201 S. Main St., Celina, currently is closed, according to owner Chris Wendel.
