* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

Gary West
Gary Richard West, 67, Van Wert, died at 1:27 p.m. Sept. 14, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Oct. 18, 1942, in Celina to Lowell Dallas and Mary Ellen Bryan West. On June 18, 1966, he married Eileen Marcile Beougher, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, William Dennis West, Van Wert; two daughters, Patricia West-Mergy, Van Wert, and Penny (Brian) Zimmerman, Van Wert; a brother, Jerry West, Celina; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is an infant son, Henry West.
He worked at Decatur Casting for 25 years and attended Countryside Church of the Nazarene in Willshire.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Friday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, the Rev. Carol Tumbleson officiating. Burial is at Stringtown Cemetery in Dublin Township in Mercer County.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
