* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union. * WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Donald Brandt
Donald R. Brandt, 90, Anna, died at 6:42 a.m. Sept. 16, 2010, at his home.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday at St. Jacob Lutheran Church in Anna, the Rev. Michael Althauser officiating. Burial is at Willow Grove Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the church.
Memorials can be made to the church memorial fund, the Anna Rescue Squad or the Kettlersville/Van Buren Township Fire Department.
