* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Richard Bornhorst
Richard A. Bornhorst, 64, Lima, died Sept. 21, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born Nov. 8, 1945, in McCartyville, to Clara and Herb Bornhorst.
Surviving are two brothers, Carl Bornhorst, Lima, and Walter (Marina) Bornhorst, Boston, Mass.; a sister, Roseann (Joe) Mercer, Dublin.
He worked at Auglaize Industries in St. Marys and the Marimor Workshop and retired to the Marimor Seniors Program. He lived at the Ottawa Valley group home in Lima for 20 years.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Church in McCartyville.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Friday at the church.
