* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Ross Clingman
Former Coldwater resident Ross Delton Clingman, 88, Gahanna, died Oct. 19, 2010, at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus.
He was born Sept. 18, 1922, in Jewell, Kan., to Morris and Waconda Parker Clingman. On April 21, 1946, he married Violet Knarr, who died Nov. 4, 2002.
Surviving are two sons, Vaughn (Diane) Clingman, Hilliard, and Daryl (Carol) Clingman, Pataskala; two daughters, Linda (Steven) Howes, Pleasant Grove, Utah, and Patricia (Alfred) Bertke, St. Henry; a sister, Annabelle Clingman, Iowa; 22 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
Also deceased are two daughters, Donna Hays and Cheryl Clingman; four brothers, Roscoe, Max, Abner and Carl Clingman; a sister, Catherine Clingman; and a great-granddaughter.
He graduated high school in 1942 and served in the Army Air Corp as a radio operator during World War II. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Eagles 3025, American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, all of Coldwater. He worked as a farmer, and later as a welder at Lefeld Implement in Coldwater and retired from the former New Idea plant in Coldwater.
Private graveside services will be held in Jewell, Kan., at the convenience of the family.
