* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Juletta Huelskamp
Juletta L. Huelskamp, 93, Fort Recovery, died at 1:30 a.m. Nov. 5, 2010, at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born Sept. 16, 1917, in St. Henry, to Joseph and Mary Osterholt Homan. On Aug. 6, 1958, she married Linus Huelskamp, who died May 8, 2009.
Surviving are two sisters, Anna Evers, St. Henry, and Cleopha (Aloys) Link, Fort Recovery; four sisters-in-law, Lillian Homan, Coldwater, Sally Homan, St. Henry, Betty Huelskamp, Flint, Mich.; and Bernice (Tom) Barhorst, McCartyville; two brothers-in-law, Lester (Mildred) Huelskamp, Fort Recovery, and Don Huelskamp, Mount Gilead; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are three brothers, Paul, Cletus and Arnold Homan; two brothers-in-law, Florence Evers and Leroy Huelskamp; and two sisters-in-law, Viola Homan and Irene Homan.
She taught in Cranberry for 14 years and St. Henry Public Schools for 23 years before retiring and substituting at Fort Recovery and St. Henry Schools. She was a 1936 graduate of Coldwater High School, attended Bowling Green University, received her bachelor's degree in education from the University of Dayton and received her master's degree from Wright State University, Dayton.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and taught religion at St. Francis Parish, Cranberry, and also at St. Joseph and St. Peter parishes. She was a member of thr Altar Rosary Sodality of the church, Daughters of Isabella Circle Ave Maria, St. Henry, and the Retired Teachers Association.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe, the Rev. Charles Mullen officiating. Burial is at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
